Adrenocortical Carcinoma
Stage I
TNM  T1, N0, M0 
The tumor is less than 5 cm (2 in.) and does not invade other tissues.

Standard Treatment  Complete surgical removal of the tumor.

Five-Year Survival  50 to 60 percent 

Investigational 
• Adjuvant radiation therapy . 
• Adjuvant chemotherapy with mitotane.

Stage II 
TNM T2, N0, M0 
The tumor is larger than 5 cm (2 in.) but is stil1 not invasive.

Standard Treatment  Complete surgical removal, similar to Stage I.
